She carries the title from the late Don Cornelius, producer and the host of the nationally syndicated dance and music show Soul Train, as a Soul Train dancer. This happened after being discovered freestyle dancing on the Keenan Ivory Wayans Show. The opportunity created a pathway to dance behind much well-known hip-hop artist in the mid-90s.
